Bean and Chorizo Tostadas!!
- 7 oz chorizo (I used beef chorizo)
- 1 can 29 oz pinto beens (I used "La preferida")
- Cook the Chorizo following the directions of the pkg.
- Then add all the can of beans and mash them with a fork.
- Cook until incorporated.
- Put a little of the beans and Chorizo mixture on the tostada.
- Top it with lettuce, sour cream and cheese.
- Enjoy!!
