Ham & Fried Egg Panini with Rouge Mayo

  1. Combine mustard and mayo.
  2. For each serving: Spread 1-1/2 Tbsp.
  3. mustard mixture onto 1 bread slice; top with 3 oz.
  4. ham, 2 cheese slices and second bread slice.
  5. Cook in panini grill until golden brown.
  6. Remove from grill.
  7. Lift off top bread slice and top with one fried egg.
  8. Replace bread slice.
  9. Cut in half.
