Baked Tarragon Chicken Recipe
- 1 c. creme fraiche
- 1/2 c. dry sherry
- 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
- 4 tsp dry tarragon crumbled Freshly grnd black pepper to taste
- 8 x boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a 9x13-inch baking dish, stir together all ingredients except the chicken.
- Add in chicken to the mix, turning to coat well, and arrange in one layer.
- Bake chicken in middle of the oven for 30 min, or possibly till cooked through.
