Spinach and Beef Namul
- 1 bunch Spinach
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 100 grams Minced beef
- 1 piece Ginger
- 1 tsp Grated garlic
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Ground white sesame seeds
- Boil the spinach, rinse it in cold water, and then drain.
- Pour a teaspoon of soy sauce on it, wring it out, and slice into 4 cm lengths.
- Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan, and fry the ginger and garlic.
- When fragrant, add the meat and fry until it separates.
- Add the sugar and soy sauce and fry until the moisture evaporates.
- Remove from the heat and let cool.
- Mix the spinach and the ingredients from Step 3 together with ground sesame seeds.
- Transfer to a serving plate to finish.
