Spinach and Beef Namul

  1. Boil the spinach, rinse it in cold water, and then drain.
  2. Pour a teaspoon of soy sauce on it, wring it out, and slice into 4 cm lengths.
  3. Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan, and fry the ginger and garlic.
  4. When fragrant, add the meat and fry until it separates.
  5. Add the sugar and soy sauce and fry until the moisture evaporates.
  6. Remove from the heat and let cool.
  7. Mix the spinach and the ingredients from Step 3 together with ground sesame seeds.
  8. Transfer to a serving plate to finish.
