Calamari & Mango Salad with Thousand Island Dressing
- 400 g packet frozen I&J Tasty Calamari Rings
- 3 cups mixed lettuce leaves
- 1/2 small Lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 green capsicum, thinly sliced
- 1 mango, thinly sliced Whole Foods 2 ea For $4.00 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup KRAFT* Thousand Island Dressing
- Italian parsley, torn
- COOK frozen I&J Tasty Calamari Rings following packet directions.
- ARRANGE lettuce, cucumber, capsicum and mango on a serving plate and top with cooked calamari.
- Drizzle with KRAFT Thousand Island Dressing and sprinkle with torn parsley.
- RECIPE TIP: Mango can be substituted with orange or mandarin slices.
