Heart Healthy Seafood Delight Recipe
- 1/2 pound white fish (haddock, scrod, sole)
- 8 shrimp, cleaned
- 1/2 c. Alfredo sauce (prepared)
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 1/2 c. minced scallions
- Pam
- Additions or possibly substitutions, lobster or possibly crabmeat.
- Before putting fish in baking dish spray with Pam.
- Arrange shrimp on fish.
- Bake at 350 degrees, covered for 20 to 25 min.
- Cooking time will vary according to thickness of fish.
- While fish is baking, heat Alfredo sauce, wine and scallions.
- When fish is done, pour sauce over fish and serve.
- Serves 2.
