Easy Pork Chops & Gravy
- 1/2 cups Flour
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 6 whole Boneless Pork Chops
- 2 Tablespoons Oil
- 1 can Condensed Chicken Broth
- Mix first three ingredients together.
- Dredge pork chops in flour mixture and set aside.
- Mix remaining flour mixture and chicken broth in 3 1/2 Quart Crock Pot.
- Brown pork chops just until brown on both sides then place in Crock Pot (I put them on a rack in the crock pot).
- Cook on Low for 4 hours or high for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
- Remove pork chops and whisk gravy again.
- Serve Pork Chops with Gravy and mashed potatoes or rice.
- The dry mustard and garlic powder are the secret ingredients to this gravy gives it that extra zing!
