Easy Pork Chops & Gravy

  1. Mix first three ingredients together.
  2. Dredge pork chops in flour mixture and set aside.
  3. Mix remaining flour mixture and chicken broth in 3 1/2 Quart Crock Pot.
  4. Brown pork chops just until brown on both sides then place in Crock Pot (I put them on a rack in the crock pot).
  5. Cook on Low for 4 hours or high for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
  6. Remove pork chops and whisk gravy again.
  7. Serve Pork Chops with Gravy and mashed potatoes or rice.
  8. The dry mustard and garlic powder are the secret ingredients to this gravy gives it that extra zing!
  9. Hope you enjoy as much as my family has over the years.
  10. I work outside the home and put this together during my lunch hour, and dinner is ready when I get home!
