Eggy cheesy pasta

• 200 grams penne
• 1 egg
• 75 grams grated chedder
• 1 black pepper
• 1 mixed herbs

1. cook pasta according to packet instructions
2. strain pasta and return to pan on a low heat
3. crack egg into pan and add cheese
4. stir until egg is cooked
5. season with black pepper and herbs
