  1. Combine bread crumbs, cornmeal and fresh parsley and mix well and place ingredients in a flat dish.

  3. In a flat dish beat Large eggs add in Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, lemon juice, chopped garlic, Worchester sauce, and warm sauce.
  4. Combine and mix till smooth.
  5. Dip fish in flour, then in mustard mix and then the cornmeal mix to coat proportionately.
  6. Heat 2 Tbsp.
  7. of butter with 2 Tbsp.
  8. of oil in a pan on medium heat.
  9. Fry fish 3 minutes each side.
  10. RED PEPPER SAUCE
  11. 1 roasted red pepper1/3 c. mayo (237 milliliters)
  12. 2 Tbsp.
  13. lowfat sour cream (30 milliliters)
  14. 1 clove garlic, minced4 Tbsp.
  15. fresh chives (60 milliliters)
  16. 2 Tbsp.
  17. fresh parsley (30 milliliters)
  18. 1 tsp.
  19. Worchester sauce (5 milliliters)
  20. 1/2 tsp.
  21. warm sauce (2.5 milliliters)
  22. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  23. Serve as a condiment.
