Apple Pie

  1. Peel, core and slice all apples.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Add apples and mix well. Make sure all apples are coated.
  4. Butter and flour pie dish.
  5. Put in bottom crust.
  6. Put in apples and put on top crust.
  7. Flute edges.
  8. Poke fork holes all around pie.
  9. Mix 1 egg yolk with a little milk and brush all over pie.
  10. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour or until crust is golden brown.
