Buffalo Wings

  1. Heat oil for frying.
  2. Season wings with salt and pepper.
  3. Fry the wings in oil until golden brown.
  4. Melt butter in small sauce pan and remaining sauce ingredients.
  5. Simmer sauce on very low stirring frequently for 10 min.
  6. Place cooked wings in bowl pour sauce over the wings.
  7. Cover the bowl and shake to coat the wings.
  8. Pour wings out on to a serving platter.
  9. Garnish with carrot and celery sticks and blue cheese or ranch dressing on the side.
