Sweet & Sour Spareribs

  1. Separate ribs.
  2. Dredge spareribs in flour and brown in canola oil.
  3. Place browned spareribs into a roasting pan with a lid.
  4. Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over browned spareribs.
  5. Cook in a 375F oven for about 2 hours or until sauce has thickened and ribs are tender.
