Sweet Apple Cider Chicken
- 12 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 (21 g) packages hot spiced cider mix, dissolved in
- 12 cup water (I use Alpine)
- 12 cup apple juice
- 18 teaspoon sriracha sauce (use more or less, to taste)
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (I use low-sodium)
- 4 -6 chicken breasts (I use boneless skinless)
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- Mix together apple cider vinegar, juice, apple cider, garlic, sriracha, and soy sauce.
- Place chicken breasts in pot and pour mixture over the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
- Dissolve cornstarch in a little water, then stir well into chicken mixture.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until sauce has thickened.
- Serve.
