Slow Cooker Orange Chicken
- 1 pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 whole Sunkist Orange, Washed And Thinly Sliced
- 1/4 cups Orange Juice (up To Double This Amount Based On Preference)
- 1/4 cups Ginger Orange Grilling Sauce; Archer Farms
- 1/4 cups Sweet Baby Rays Or Your Favorite BBQ Sauce
- 1/4 teaspoons Or More Ground Ginger
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- Clean your chicken breasts of any fat, rinse under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Place chicken in your slow cooker, along with your sliced orange, orange juice, ginger orange sauce, BBQ sauce, ginger, salt and pepper.
- Put the lid on and cook for 4 hours on low.
- You may extend the cooking time up to 6 hours if you wish.
- My chicken was pretty tender after 4 hours.
- Serves about 4 people.

- You may want to change your ground ginger for fresh ginger, and add some orange marmalade if you so desire.
