Hamburger Stroganoff with Rice
- 1/2 cups Minced Onions
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 1 dash Garlic Salt
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Accent
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- 1 can Mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Wet Mustard
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, saute minced onions in butter until brown.
- Add ground beef, flour, garlic salt, salt, Accent and pepper to skillet; cook until hamburger is no longer pink.
- Drain mixture and return to skillet.
- Add mushrooms, soy sauce and mustard to hamburger mixture and cook until hot.
- Remove from heat.
- Just before serving, add sour cream to hamburger mixture.
- Serve over steamed white rice.
