Squash with coconut milk (ginataang kalabasa)

  1. Heat oil.
  2. Saute garlic and onion
  3. Add shrimps.
  4. Once cooked, remove from pan.
  5. Heat coconut milk and add shrimp paste.
  6. Bring to a boil.
  7. Put squash.
  8. Cook until tender (about 10 mins)
  9. Add in the shrimps and the beans.
  10. Simmer for about 6 minutes.
  11. Salt or shrimp paste to taste.
