Green Chili With Chicken Recipe
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 can (4 ounce.) diced green chili
- 1 can (16 ounce.) stewed tomatoes
- 1/4 c. minced onions
- Boil chicken breasts about 1 hour, then shred chicken.
- Put sufficient oil in skillet to cook onion and chicken till tender, but don't brown.
- Add in 2 tbsp.
- of flour into frying pan.
- Then add in the chilies and stewed tomatoes, sufficient salt, pepper and garlic salt.
- Let boil a little.
- If sauce is too thick, add in a little water.
- Then simmer for about 8 min.
