Pork Roast and Green Onion Sweet and Spicy Stir-Fry! Great with Beer
- 150 grams Thinly sliced pork roast
- 1/2 Scallions
- 1 dash Green spring onions (optional)
- 1/2 piece Ginger
- 1 stalk Red hot pepper
- 1 tbsp Katakuriko
- 1/2 tbsp A. Soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Sake
- 1/2 clove Garlic, grated
- 1 1/2 tbsp B. Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 1/2 tbsp Sake
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Water
- Cut the pork in half.
- Mix A together, and rub into the pork for about 10 minutes.
- Mix B together.
- Chop the scallions into chunks, slice the red chili pepper, and finely chop the ginger.
- Coat the pork meat from Step 1 in katakuriko, drop each into 355F/180C oil one at a time, and fry until crisp.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, and saute step 3.
- Add Step 4 once it's aromatic, and saute some more.
- Add Step 5 to Step 2, and lightly mix it together.
- Arrange on plates, scatter sliced green spring onions on top, and it is done.
