Jalapeno Pepper Rice

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Blend cooked rice with sour cream in a bowl; stir in jalapenos or chilies.
  3. Place mixture in a 2-quart baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  4. Top with grated cheese.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through.
