Macrobiotic Granola Bar
- 60 grams Cake flour
- 20 grams Whole wheat flour
- 10 grams Wheat bran
- 40 grams Oatmeal
- 2 grams Cinnamon powder
- 30 grams Corn meal
- 1 Vanilla oil
- 2 grams Salt
- 20 grams Canola oil (or vegetable oil)
- 50 grams Beet sugar
- 55 grams Soy milk
- 2 grams Baking soda
- 20 grams Shredded coconut
- 50 grams Dried fruits (minced)
- Combine the ingredients in a bowl and mix.
- Then add all the other ingredients except for the shredded coconut and dried fruits, and stir evenly.
- Mix in the dried fruits and shredded coconut.
- Spread out a sheet of parchment paper and place the dough from Step 3 on top.
- Cover with plastic wrap, then use a rolling pin to roll the dough out to an even thickness.
- Use a pizza cutter or a knife to cut the dough into bars (make whatever shapes you like).
- Bake in a preheated oven at 160 C for 20 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to 130 C and bake for 5 more minutes.
- Once they've become crispy, they're done!
