Macrobiotic Granola Bar

  1. Combine the ingredients in a bowl and mix.
  2. Then add all the other ingredients except for the shredded coconut and dried fruits, and stir evenly.
  3. Mix in the dried fruits and shredded coconut.
  4. Spread out a sheet of parchment paper and place the dough from Step 3 on top.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap, then use a rolling pin to roll the dough out to an even thickness.
  6. Use a pizza cutter or a knife to cut the dough into bars (make whatever shapes you like).
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 C for 20 minutes.
  8. Reduce the heat to 130 C and bake for 5 more minutes.
  9. Once they've become crispy, they're done!
