Chicken+Rice Tortilla Soup
- 2 cup chicken broth
- 3/4 cup Carrots, diced
- 2/3 cup Chicken, cooked and cubed
- 1/2 cup White rice, cooked
- 1/3 cup Celery, sliced
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 2 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 cilantro
- 1 small Handful of tortilla strips
- 10 dash Sriracha sauce
- Combine first 8 ingredients
- Cook on low heat for 2 hours in slow cooker
- Garnish with cilantro and tortilla strips
- Place droplets of sriracha sauce all around bowl and serve
- Enjoy!
