Beef Taco Lettuce Wraps

• 1 lb. ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
• 1 pkg. (1 oz.) TACO BELL Taco Seasoning Mix
• 12 large iceberg lettuce leaves
• 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
• 1 tomato, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
• 3/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

1. Cook meat with seasoning mix as directed on package.
2. Top lettuce leaves with taco meat and remaining ingredients.
3. Fold in opposite sides of each lettuce loaf, then roll up to completely enclose filling.
