Greek Gyro Burgers
- 4 frozen BOCA Vegan Veggie Burgers
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S FREE or KNUDSEN Fat Free Sour Cream
- 1/4 of a medium unpeeled cucumber, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 plum tomatoes, sliced Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Grill burgers as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, place sour cream, cucumber and garlic in blender or food processor container; cover.
- Blend 10 to 30 seconds or until well blended.
- (Sauce does not have to be smooth.)
- Place 1/4 cup lettuce on each of 4 salad plates; top evenly with the tomatoes and burgers.
- Drizzle with the sour cream sauce.
