Banana Oatmeal Breakfast Muffins

  1. Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350.
  2. Prepare a muffin tin.
  3. Mash the banana in a bowl.
  4. Mix in the dry ingredients.
  5. Add egg whites and mix well.
  6. Pour into muffin tins.
  7. Bake 15 minutes at 250.
  8. Makes 2 large or 4 small muffins.
