my favorite grilled chicken

  1. Mix chili sauce, vinegar, horseradish, garlic and salt in a bowl.
  2. Reserve 1/2 of the marinade.
  3. Add chicken to the bowl; turn to coat.
  4. Cover; marinate in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  5. preheat grill.
  6. remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
  7. Place chicken on grill.
  8. Grill chicken, turning and basting frequently with half the reserved marinade about 30 minutes.
  9. Heat remaining reserved marinade in a small saucepan, stirring occasionally.
  10. Serve hot alongside chicken.
