Crispy Baked Chicken Sandwich
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
- 1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Italian* Five Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
- 4 bolillos, partially split
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Mayonesa con Limon
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1 large tomato, cut into 4 slices
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Coat chicken with coating mix as directed on package; place on foil-covered baking sheet.
- Bake 20 min.
- or until done (165 degrees F).
- Top with cheese; bake 2 min.
- or until melted.
- Spread cut sides of rolls with mayonesa; fill with chicken, lettuce and tomatoes.
