Spinach and Feta Chicken
- 3 Large Chicken Breasts, Cut Into Pieces
- 1/2 teaspoons Marjoram
- 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1 Red Onion, Roughly Chopped
- 9 ounces, weight Bag Baby Spinach Leaves
- 2 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 1 cup Fat Free Feta Cheese
- In a large saute pan, begin cooking chicken pieces, sprinkling in marjoram, cumin and salt.
- Cook until done and set aside.
- In the same pan, saute the red onion for a few minutes.
- Once onions have turned slightly translucent, add spinach and garlic.
- Saute until spinach begins to wilt.
- Add chicken back into pan, and lastly add feta cheese.
- Stir to combine and let feta get slightly melty.
- Serve.
