Spinach and Feta Chicken

  1. In a large saute pan, begin cooking chicken pieces, sprinkling in marjoram, cumin and salt.
  2. Cook until done and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, saute the red onion for a few minutes.
  4. Once onions have turned slightly translucent, add spinach and garlic.
  5. Saute until spinach begins to wilt.
  6. Add chicken back into pan, and lastly add feta cheese.
  7. Stir to combine and let feta get slightly melty.
  8. Serve.
