Goopey Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Place chicken in a casserole dish.
  3. Whisk the cream of celery soup and the apple juice until smooth.
  4. Pour over the chicken.
  5. Cover with the Swiss cheese.
  6. Sprinkle the stuffing mix over the chicken until covered.
  7. Cover with Aluminum Foil and cook for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and cook for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until the stuffing has browned.
  9. Serve the chicken breasts with lots of extra goop and stuffing.
