Corn Casserole

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Place mixed ingredients in a 9 inch x 13 inch baking pan (non-stick pans work good.)
  3. Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 1 hour or until the top is golden brown.
