Fiesta Cheese Ball

  1. In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese.
  2. Add the cheese, cilantro,onion, chili powder, garlic, garlic salt, oregano, red pepper flakes,cumin and hot pepper sauce.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Shape into a ball.
  5. Roll in parsley.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
  7. Serve with crackers.
  8. Yield: 1 cheese ball.
