Grilled Chicken Quesadillas

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Cook onions in boiling water 5 min.
  3. or until tender; drain.
  4. Place onions in medium bowl.
  5. Add vinegar and sugar; mix well.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  7. Grill chicken 5 to 6 min.
  8. on each side or until done (165 degrees F), brushing with barbecue sauce for the last 5 min.
  9. Cut into thin strips.
  10. Top tortillas with chicken, onions and Singles; fold in half.
  11. Grill 1 to 2 min.
  12. on each side or until Singles are melted and quesadillas are lightly browned on both sides.
  13. Sprinkle with cilantro.
