Perfectly Grilled Pork Tenderloin

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients until blended.
  2. Pour over meat in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat meat.
  3. Refrigerate 30 min.
  4. to marinate.
  5. Heat grill to medium heat.
  6. Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade.
  7. Grill meat 20 min.
  8. or until done (145 degrees F), turning occasionally.
  9. Remove from grill; cover to keep warm.
  10. Grill tomatillos and chiles 8 to 10 min.
  11. or until skins are blistered and blackened.
  12. Place in blender.
  13. Add dressing, cilantro and avocados; blend until smooth.
  14. Slice 1 tenderloin; serve with the tomatillo sauce.
  15. Shred remaining tenderloin; refrigerate until ready to use to make Grilled Pork Tacos (see Tip).
