Creamed Spinach In Tart Shells Recipe
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn spinach
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 2 teaspoon grated onion
- 6 (3") unbaked tart shells
- Cook spinach according to package directions and drain.
- In bowl, combine spinach with soup, salt, pepper, grated onion and flour, stirring well.
- Spoon into unbaked tart shells.
- Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 min or possibly till shells are browned.
- Serves 6.
