Curry Chicken Teriyaki
- 1 Chicken breast (boneless)
- 1 Teriyaki sauce
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 1 Mayonnaise
- 1 Parsley
- 1 Plain flour
- Flour the chicken breast and saute in a frying pan until the surface becomes crisp.
- Wipe excess oil from the frying pan and add the teriyaki sauce and curry powder.
- Simmer until the sauce is glossy.
- When the sauce is glossy, slice the chicken with a knife and pour the sauce over it.
- Top with mayonnaise and parsley to finish.
