Uffizi
- 1 grapefruit wedge
- Kosher salt
- 1 1/2 ounces Bonal Gentiane-Quina
- 1 1/2 ounces Cocchi Americano
- 2 ounces fresh white grapefruit juice
- Cracked ice
- Moisten the outer rim of a chilled double rocks glass with the grapefruit wedge and coat lightly with salt.
- Add the Bonal, Cocchi Americano and grapefruit juice, then fill the glass with cracked ice and stir well.
