Bok Choy, Carrots And Green Beans Recipe

  1. Heat the oil in a wok or possibly skillet over high heat.
  2. Add in the shallots and saute/fry for 3 min.
  3. Add in the carrots and stir fry for 3 min.
  4. Add in the green beans and stir fry for 2 min.
  5. Add in the bok choy and stir fry for 2 min.
  6. Add in the broth and simmer for 2 min.
  7. Add in the soy sauce and serve.
  8. This recipe yields 6 servings.
  9. Serving size: 1/2 c..
