Florentine Cookies with OREO
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup flour
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup OREO Base Cake
- Melt butter in saucepan on medium-high heat.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in all remaining ingredients except base cake until well blended.
- Pipe into 6x1/4-inch strips in parchment paper-lined sheet pans sprayed with cooking spray.
- Sprinkle each strip with 1/8 tsp.
- base cake.
- Bake in preheated 350 degrees F convection oven 7 to 9 min.
- or just until tops are set.
- Remove from oven.
- Carefully lift from parchment and twist or shape as desired; place on wire racks.
- Cool completely.
