Hearty Beef 'N Potato Casserole
- 2 c. frozen Tater Tots
- 1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey, browned
- 10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 can French fried onions
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- Place Tater Tots in casserole.
- Bake, uncovered, at 400u0b0 for 10 minutes.
- Place ground beef on top of potatoes.
- Add broccoli, 1/2 can French fried onions and chopped tomato.
- Combine soup, milk, 1/2 cup cheese, garlic powder and pepper.
- Pour over beef mixture. Bake covered 20 minutes at 400u0b0.
- Top with 1/2 cup shredded cheese and the remaining 1/2 can of onions.
- Bake uncovered 2 to 3 minutes longer.
