Egg Salad Sandwich Filling Recipe

• 2 tbsp. dry onion flakes
• 1/2 c. finely minced dill pickle
• 1/2 c. stuffed olives, finely minced
• 6 hard-boiled Large eggs, finely minced

1. Add in Miracle Whip - sufficient to make a good consistency for spreading between slices of bread.
2. (To make a larger amount, add in 1 small can of tuna.)
