Shrimp Rice Creole Recipe

  1. Cook peppers, onion and celery in heated butter till soft.
  2. Add in tomatoes, parsley and seasonings.
  3. Simmer about 30 min, stirring occasionally till thickened.
  4. Clean and devein uncooked shrimp.
  5. Add in to sauce and simmer till shrimp is tender; about 10 min.
  6. Remove bay leaf and serve over rice.
