Asian Grilled Pork Noodle Bowl
- 1 pork tenderloin (1 lb./450 g), cut into 1/2-inch-wide strips Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1/3 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
- 220 g fibre-enriched white spaghetti, uncooked
- 6 cups baby bok choy Safeway 1 lb For $1.28 thru 02/09
- 1 small carrot, cut into thin matchlike sticks King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 2 green onions, cut diagonally into thin slices
- Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Thread meat onto 8 skewers.
- Mix next 5 ingredients until blended.
- Remove 3 Tbsp.
- dressing mixture; brush onto meat.
- Cook spaghetti in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding carrots for the last minute.
- Meanwhile, grill skewers 6 to 7 min.
- on each side or until meat is done, adding bok choy to the barbecue for the last 5 min.
- and grilling until lightly browned, turning after 3 min.
- Drain spaghetti mixture; return to pan.
- Add onions and remaining dressing mixture; mix lightly.
- Place in 4 serving bowls; top with bok choy and meat.
