Beef And Cornbread Casserole Recipe
- 1 lb Grnd beef
- 1 x Onion, minced
- 1/2 x Green pepper, minced
- 2 x 10z can Cream of celery soup
- 1 Tbsp. Mustard
- 1 x salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pkt Cornbread mix
- Crumble meat and brown in skillet with onion and green pepper.
- Drain off fat.
- Add in soups and mustard.
- Stir to mix well.
- Add in salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour into greased 9x9 pan.
- Preheat oven to 400 .
- Prepare cornbread mix according to package directions and pour over meat mix spreading proportionately to edges of pan.
- Bake approximately 30 min or possibly till top of cronbread is golden.
- Check by inserting toothpick or possibly knife for doneness.
