Beef And Cornbread Casserole Recipe

• 1 lb Grnd beef
• 1 x Onion, minced
• 1/2 x Green pepper, minced
• 2 x 10z can Cream of celery soup
• 1 Tbsp. Mustard
• 1 x salt and pepper to taste
• 1 pkt Cornbread mix

1. Crumble meat and brown in skillet with onion and green pepper.
2. Drain off fat.
3. Add in soups and mustard.
4. Stir to mix well.
5. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
6. Pour into greased 9x9 pan.
7. Preheat oven to 400 .
8. Prepare cornbread mix according to package directions and pour over meat mix spreading proportionately to edges of pan.
9. Bake approximately 30 min or possibly till top of cronbread is golden.
10. Check by inserting toothpick or possibly knife for doneness.
