Fruit Crumble

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Pulse flour, sugar, almonds, and salt in a food processor until nuts are chopped.
  3. Add butter and pulse until mixture begins to clump.
  4. Spread fruit in a 9 1/2-inch deep-dish glass pie plate and sprinkle topping over it.
  5. Bake crumble in middle of oven until fruit is tender and topping is golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
