Very Easy Chocolate Yule Log

  1. WHIP cream with sugar and extract until stiff peaks form OR add extract to thawed whipped topping.
  2. Spread whipped cream generously on each chocolate wafer and stack in groups of 6 wafers.
  3. Place wafer stacks end to end on a serving platter to form a log.
  4. Frost top and sides with remaining whipped cream to resemble bark on tree.
  5. Chill at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. IF desired, cut 2-inch diagonal slice from log and place on the top or side of the log to form a limb.
  7. Dust with cocoa.
  8. Serve in diagonal slices.
