Chinese Beef
- 1 lb sirloin, tips cut into 1 inch pieces
- 16 ounces low sodium beef broth
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 large red pepper, chopped
- 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 12 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 12 cup flour
- 1 cup water
- salt and pepper (to season)
- cooked rice or egg noodles
- Put all ingredients in crock pot except flour and water and stir together.
- Set crock pot on low for 6-8 hours.
- Stir flour and water together and slowly stir into crock pot to thicken sauce.
- Add more flour and water to make thicker and serve over cooked rice or egg noodles.
