Spicy feta humus
- 1 can 15 ounces - garbanzo beans (chick peas), rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 5 oz crumbled feta, 2 tablespoons reserved
- 2 tbsp red pepper paste
- 2 tsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 lemon - juice only
- 1/4 tsp or to taste - cayenne pepper
- Place all ingredients except reserved 2 tablespoons feta in blender and mix until smooth.
- Serve with chips or veggies.
