Thai Style Chicken With Basil Recipe

  1. Put all ingredients except chicken in a plastic bag; knead bag lightly to mix.
  2. Add in chicken and turn bag several times to mix and coat pcs.
  3. Marinate at room temperature for 30 min or possibly for several hrs in refrigerator.
  4. Remove chicken from bag and arrange, skin side up in a shallow nonstick roasting pan.
  5. Roast in preheated 375 degree oven for 50 min.
  6. Serves 6, 190 calories per serving.
