Creamy Ranch Dressing

• 3/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
• 1/4 c. low-fat mayonanaise
• 1 tbsp. cider vinegar
• 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
• 1/4 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
• 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
• 1 green onion

1. Into small bowl, measure all ingredients.
2. Mix with wire whisk or fork until blended.
3. Cover and refrigerate.
4. Stir before using.
