Hash Brown Potato Casserole Recipe
- 2 lbs. frzn hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 12 ounce. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar
- 2 c. Rice Krispies
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- Defrost potatoes.
- Mix first 8 ingredients.
- Pour into buttered 3-qt casserole.
- Mix butter and Rice Krispies, sprinkle over top.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min.
- Remove foil and bake 20 min more.
