Easy Layered Taco Pie

  1. Crumble meat into microwaveable plastic colander; place over microwaveable bowl.
  2. Microwave on HIGH 8 min., stirring and breaking up meat every 2 min.
  3. Discard fat.
  4. Transfer meat to 9-inch microwaveable pie plate.
  5. Stir in seasoning mix and water.
  6. Microwave 5 min., stirring after 3 min.
  7. Remove half the meat mixture; set aside.
  8. Cover remaining meat mixture in pie plate with 8 tortilla wedges, overlapping as necessary to make even layer.
  9. Repeat layers of meat mixture and tortillas.
  10. Top with salsa and cheese.
  11. Microwave 4 min.
  12. Top with remaining ingredients.
  13. Cut into 4 wedges to serve.
